“This ABA appointment is a well-deserved recognition of Joseph’s position as a leading white collar litigator in the securities area,” said William Gelnaw and John Nadas, co-managing partners at Choate.  “We are very proud that he has been asked to serve in this role.”

In addition to co-chairing the ABA’s Securities Litigation Section Subcommittee,
Mr. Zwicker serves as an officer on the board of directors for Massachusetts Correctional Legal Services, which protects the civil rights of state and county prisoners in Massachusetts; as an officer and Chair of the Audit Committee on the board of trustees for The Boston Conservatory; and on the board for the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights.
