Choate ranked among top private placements in public equity law firms

Choate has been selected as one of the “Top 10 PIPE Placement Agent Law Firms” by PrivateRaise, a service of DealFlow Media. Choate was ranked sixth based on number of deals advised and has advised PIPE transactions totaling $159 million in 2009.
DealFlow Media, publisher of The PIPEs Report, is a leading provider of independent research and analysis of alternative asset markets. The placement agent law firm ranking was part of a larger report on the PIPE market in 2009 which included listings of PIPE issuers, placement agents, investors and accountants.
