Karen Copenhaver presented a workshop at the American Conference Institute’s Technology Licensing Agreements Forum. Her workshop “Controlling the Use and Manipulation of Open Source in Your Technology License Agreement” covered many topics, including:
- Identifying the presence of open source software;
- Exploring the intersection of open source and M&A transactions; and
- How to comply with requirements of open sources licenses.
